Eco Jungle Tours

Our eco jungle tours are mostly centered around orchids for orchid societies etc. However, when we are on an eco tour - the orchids and other plants, birds etc. all grow together any way and we can adjust the programme to be a general jungle tour not set on a specific plant group.

These tours are led by Rod Rice an international published botanical author, former Honorary Research Associate to the Orchid Herbarium of Sydney Botanical Gardens now the Founder and Director of the Kanchanaburi Orchid Species Research Station.

Rod is the editor of Oasis The Journal and lives in Kanchanaburi and spends most of his days wondering through the jungles and forests here and will take to you locations no other tour company can.

These are excellent tours for school students, students of botany and horticulture etc. or any one who sincerely appreciates our environment.

Custom Eco Tours: Please note our eco tours can be adjusted to suit your individual or group needs and interests. They can be shortened or extended in duration. The destinations can be changed and others added. Such as other areas within Thailand and or other countries such as Borneo, Laos and the Philippines.
